SHI Return & Refund Policy
SHI is committed to your satisfaction. We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations. This policy outlines the conditions under which you can return a SHI product and receive a refund.
Eligibility for Return and Refund:
- Unopened and Unused Products: You may return unopened and unused SHI products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs).

Opened and Used Products: We accept returns of opened and used SHI products within 14 days of purchase, with a receipt, for a store credit or exchange only if the product does not meet your expectations due to:
- Damaged product upon arrival
- Incorrect product received
- Allergic reaction to the product (with a doctor's note)
Ineligible for Return:
- Products returned after the 30-day (unopened) or 14-day (opened) window.
- Products without a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Products that have been visibly used beyond trying them for suitability (e.g., more than a small amount used).
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage.
Return Process:

Contact SHI Customer Service: Before returning any product, please contact SHI Customer Service by email at SHIhaircare@gmail.com or by phone at +92 311-802-7743 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Your Return Securely: Pack the product securely in its original packaging, if possible, and include a copy of your receipt and the RMA number.

Ship Your Return: Ship the product to the following address:

Please note: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your returned product and verify it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- For store credit, you will receive an email notification with a unique code to use towards a future purchase.
Exceptions:
SHI reserves the right to make changes to this Return & Refund Policy at any time. We will post any changes on our website.
